The Health Care Consumers' Association of the ACT (HCCA)

ACT Disability Services Commission
The ACT Human Rights Commission was established in 2006 to promote and protect the rights and wellbeing of all people living in the Australian Capital Territory. Ms Mary Durkin is the Health Services Commissioner and the Disability & Community Services Commissioner . She welcomes the opportunity to receive complaints from the ACT public who are affected by disability in some way or another. Access City Hotline: Ph: 02 6257-3077
Access City Hotline is a free service that has been established to enable people to remove physical and sensory barriers from their environments. The aim of the Access City hotline is to eliminate access issues in the ACT including: poor access to buildings; inadequate disables parking; uneven footpaths and surfaces; unsafe road crossings; poor or unclear signage; lack of ramps or lifts. www.accesscity.org.au

CANaccess
CANaccess is an online directory of services in the ACT region, designed to assist people with a disability and their carers. Citizen’s Advice Bureau ACT
