Health Direct is a telephone and internet based health service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers people of the ACT region a confidential, reliable and consistent source of advice on healthcare.

Who can use Health Direct?

The service is available, for the cost of a local call, to all ACT residents and those people residing in the surrounding NSW area within the local telephone call area.

You can call Health Direct to enquire about your own health requirements, those of someone in your care or a family member or friend.

Health Direct also has a website that is accessible to anyone who has Internet access.
