ResourcesThe Centre has a range of health and well being related text and publications. The Centre offers an internet hub to surf the net and undertake general computer work. The Centre's staff will be happy to assist you should you require it. There is also a quiet space for reading while you have a cuppa, and if you find something of particular interest, photocopying facilities are available. If there is a resource you are particularly interested in but can't find, call the Centre and we will do our best to locate it.
