Spoke Up for women's health

What do we need to make cycling easier for women in Tuggeranong?

We know that most women want to be more physically active, but too many things get in the way.

Let’s talk about how we can make it work for you.

Join us for a short, sharp, one hour workshop to look at how to get to the places you need to be, and at the same time:

  • get a bit of exercise;
  • connect with friends, family, and community;
  • save money; and
  • help the environment!

Check out an e-bike, meet other women who want to get active, see the new cycling maps, and ask all the questions you’ve always wanted answers to.

Pop in to one of two workshops on the way home from school or work on Friday 7 September 2018, at 4pm or 6pm, at Tuggeranong Library.

Food for thought and sustenance provided.

RSVP to Women’s Centre for Health Matters by 5pm Thursday 6 September 2018 on 6290 2166 or admin@wchm.org.au
